How do I book my owner week at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7?
If you are a fixed week owner, your week will automatically be booked for you. If you are a floating week owner, you must reserve your week by calling our Owner Relations Department on the first Tuesday that is within 365 days of the week you are looking to book.

What is included with Club Benefits at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7?
Your Club Benefits allow you to take advantage of the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 every day of the year. Your benefits include: Resort Privileges, Bonus Time, Club Points, ResorTime, our Friends & Family Rewards Program and the ability to receive discounts in town through our Local Merchant Program. These benefits are invaluable to the overall ownership at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7.

How do I get Bonus Time?
Bonus Time can be reserved 14 days in advance. You must call our Owner Relations Department to book Bonus Time. Please keep in mind that Bonus Time availability is based off of leftover rental inventory and can be difficult to secure on weekends, holidays, and during high peak seasons.

How do I take advantage of Resort Privileges at Grand Lodge on Peak 7?
Resort Privileges are available to you 365 days a year. On property parking is limited. You may reserve a parking spot 7 days in advance on the Owners Only website, www.gl7owners.com. If no parking is available in the garages at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, you may park in town and utilize the shuttle or the gondola to get to and from the lodge.

How do I use Club Points at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7?
If you want to use Club Points, you should not reserve a full week. Cancelling full week reservations will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Here are some other key facts regarding Club Points:

  • The minimum length of stay for a points reservation is 3 nights.
  • You may use your points to reserve space at any time between 6 months prior and the arrival date of your requested stay.
  • Your Club Points cannot be accrued or carried over to future years; points that are not utilized during the calendar year awarded will be forfeited.
  • You may borrow points from the next calendar year for reservations made within 2 months of the arrival date, only if you are an annual owner.
  • An administrative fee of $75 will be charged for all Club Points reservations.
  • Club Points are based off of leftover inventory. It may be difficult to secure a points reservation during high peak times such as February, March and July.

If I can’t use my owner week, what are my other options?
Other usage options include depositing time with Interval International, renting your week out, or letting your friends or family use it. Remember that you can lock off your 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom residence to maximize your usage.

How do I deposit my week with Interval International?
First, you MUST book a week in your season if you are a floating owner. You may contact Breckenridge Grand Vacations Owner Relations and ask them to deposit a week with Interval International. Please note that once the week is deposited, you can’t get it back.

How do I go about placing my week in the Breckenridge Grand Vacations rental program?
First, you MUST book a week in your season if you are a floating owner. If you are a fixed owner, your week is automatically reserved for you. Call Breckenridge Grand Vacations Owner Relations to request program details and a rental contract. A contract will be sent to you within 72 hours. Once we have a signed contract, we will do our best to rent it for you. Please keep in mind, fulfillment is never guaranteed. Of course, you may always rent your week on your own terms and your own rates.

If I am a bi-annual owner, how can I use my ownership usage every year?
You must own either a 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, or 4 bedroom in order to utilize this option. First, you need to book the portion of your residence that you would like to use at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in your ownership season and year of usage. If you are a fixed owner, your week is automatically reserved for you. Next, please request to deposit the remaining portion of your week with Interval International. You will then have the opportunity to work with one of the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Interval International Liaisons to exchange back into the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in a different year or season.

What discounts are available to my family?
Your parents and children (21 or older) can receive Bonus Time at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, based on availability. We also have our Friends and Family Rewards Program. If your friends or family qualify for a preview tour of the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, we have several discounted lodging options available. To inquire about our Friends and Family Rewards Program promotions, please contact our Owner Relations Department at 877.453.4440.

How do I check on my mortgage payment?

The South Building of the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offers a Saturday check in. The North Building at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 will offer a Sunday check in.
