Rates FAQ's	Renting Out Your Week If you are a floating owner, the first step is to call your Breckenridge Grand Vacations Owner Relations Dept. at toll free 877-453-4440 Monday-Saturday from 9am – 5pm Mountain Time and reserve the week that you want to put up for rent. If you are a fixed owner, your week will automatically be reserved for you. Once you have a week reserved, ask to have a rental contract and the rental program details sent to you. Return the signed contract to Breckenridge Grand Vacations Owner Relations as soon as possible to ensure that your week has maximum rental potential. Please always call to follow up on receipt of your rental contract. There is no guarantee your week will rent, however, our objective is to maximize your revenue. A flat commission of 40% will be paid to Breckenridge Grand Vacations.
